The game

WhimFold is provided for personal entertainment. Features, levels, scoring, and availability may change as the game improves. Browser-stored progress can be lost if site data is cleared or a browser is reset.

Virtual points

Flight points and upgrades exist only inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, and are not transferable.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use the game in a way that violates applicable law or harms others.

Ownership

The WhimFold name, artwork, game design, code, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to players.

Availability and warranties

Liability
